Waxies Sligo Reviews

We popped in just before Christmas without a booking. We were lucky enough to get a table as it was very busy. The place was decorated beautifully for Christmas. The staff were great, friendly, professional and attentive. Service was second to none. The food was ok, presented well, cooked well but not the best of quality ingredients. I absolutely loved the cartoon elf picture of all the staff.

Pleasantly surprised by how good the food was, sauces was so tasty, everything well cooked! I recommend the chicken goujons and the brownie sundae was such a treat. Great warm atmosphere, loved it

Wonderful staff and a fantastic atmosphere. Food was good and the menu had something for everyone. Great value and I would recommend a visit.

Just had lunch in Waxies today, excellent choice of gluten free food. Had the steak sandwich with mashed potato and pepper sauce gluten free, food was fabulous and its so nice to have a number of GF options to choose from. Staff were also lovely, we'll definitely be back.

Was there for a stag party. We got finger food. It was really good. The champions leauge final was on and there was a great variety of tv's so everyone was able to have a good view of a screen. And lastly the pints were on point👌👌
